The Rosé is a vivid magenta and offers intriguing berry fruit and spice aromatics with lots of sweet and rich strawberry and cherry flavours. The wine has soft tannins and finishes dry with a crisp acid finish which makes it versatile as a food wine. It should be drunk straight from the fridge.

The Rose is deeper in colour than many other Roses i've tasted which is in part due to possible over extraction of the fruit, however, the nose offers perfume scented notes with some confected flavours, while the palate is fresh and fruit driven with planty of raspberry, plumy, strawberry flavours. It has good acidity on a long fruit driven, clean, crisp acid finish
